     We offer our menu in rolling boards, which changes daily according to the products that are obtained in the market, guaranteeing with this excellent quality, freshness and flavor.

The Best Meat

     At Corazon De Alcachofa we only offer CAB (Certified Agnus Beef) cuts from Kansas and Nebraska; that is, only Angus breed specimens with PRIME quality.

     Only 2% of American meat production reaches this grade.   In our facilities we aged the meat with the "WET AGED" method. Right here we cut it and then grill it in our charcoal grill and firewood.

The Best SeaFood

     We are very careful with the selection of fish and seafood that we offer; every day, very early, our chef goes to the market of the city to choose the best quality product and then take it to the restaurant, process it and offer it with the certainty that it has the highest standards of quality and freshness that characterizes us .

     Our pastas are made at home using quality ingredients. Lasagna, ravioli and fettucinne that are then cooked "al dente" and accompanied by our sauces. To these we complement them with "Parmiggiano Reggiano", Italian cheese, aged 36 months, of excellent quality and flavor.

The Best Desserts

     We know that the last impression you are going to get from Corazón de Alcachofa depends a lot on the dessert; that is why we make them at home and take care of every detail so that they are exceptional.
     For example, we use vanilla pods from Papantla, Veracruz to give that special touch to our famous "creme brulee", or the use of organic eggs to make the meringue of our traditional "pavlova". In the same way, every day we bake our bread so you can accompany your food.
